CenturyLink is the absolute worst company I've ever dealt with. Prism TV is horrible. You can't watch live TV while using DVR at the same time and their internet has issues constantly. They have billing errors due to "a glitch in the system" that their management acknowledge, yet take zero accountability for. Their customer service managers are rude and seem to be taught to talk over top of their customers.
Take your business elsewhere. The greater cost of other companies will be worth it in the end. I'm very much looking forward to my contract being over in 3 months with this nightmare company.
