  • Awful customer service. One clerk chatting with customer, other clerk doing nothing much. After patiently waiting over 20 minutes, I asked second clerk if he could help us please. He said sure. I showed him my lamp and asked if he could take a look at it please. Clerk one snapped at clerk two that no, he couldn't look at it because too many jobs were lined up already. I left never to return.
