  • Came in at 9:55 AM. All I needed was an oil change. I see cars in the garage but I figured an oil change wouldn't take tooo long.. Wait for about 20 mins and said hmm.. I should ask how long it's going to be because I need to be out of here at 11 for a dentist appt. I was told it would be finished by 11, and at 10:55 they tell me that there is no way they'll have it done because they haven't even started it yet! Yes she was very nice about it which I appreciate but really? You've wasted an hour of my time, and why wouldn't you tell me that when I asked earlier? Extremely disappointing. If you had just told me there would have been no worries. Ridiculous
