  • I really did not want to have to write this but after a month of calling and now my credit being affected I can't be quiet anymore. I preordered a Phantom 4 from this store. When I did this I decided to finance it through the stores EasyPay program because it gave me 3 months to pay it off with no interest. After I did this and made payments BEFORE I even had the item, I was told several times that it was being delivered only to go to the store to find out it wasn't in. Finally, I decided to get it from BestBuy because they had it before this store did and had even better payment options. I called the store and told them I was cancelling my preorder and would like them to also cancel the EasyPay as well (I had already called EasyPay and done everything on my end, they just had to call). This was a month ago and over the weekend I get a call/email telling me that I am passed due on my payment and will be charged this insane interest rate of almost 100%! This is now affecting my credit and all could have been fixed by a phone call from this company. When I called the store on Saturday, I was put on hold and kept hearing about this stores 'Outstanding Customer Service' and how they will do whatever to make your experience great. Then I talk to a young kid that kept telling me he was the manager on duty but couldn't do anything and nobody was around to help. I know it's not this incompetent kids fault but his attitude and zero willingness to even contact someone else just blew me away. So yesterday I called again and was put on with the 'Manager' that I had spoken with several times before (after being on hold again for almost 5 minutes listening to that woman's voice tell me how wonderful their customer service is again) and he told me he was aware of the situation and totally understands how upset I am but 'he has done everything he can and its up to their person above him.' How many people does it take to make a phone call that now has affected my credit and totally changed my positive opinion on this store to a complete negative??? I know y'all have cornered this drone market here in Vegas but have some respect for your customers, especially ones that were there when you opened and bought their first drone from y'all. I know I'm just another number or customer to y'all but at least be people of your word.
