  • Used this business to shop bulky item but needed help with international shipping. So I left my bulky item over night and was wrapped by the staff when I arrived the next day to finalize the shipping. New owner Lynn was courteous and pleasant. But the staff named Kasin who assisted me with language translation was rude as hell. I asked her several questions to which she didn't acknowledge me, didn't answer, didn't bother looking at me, and basically won't answer any of my questions. At first I thought she was hearing impaired. She spoke decent English with Lynn behind the counter. What kind of attitude is that? Too cool for a her job? I will only deal with Lynn. If Kasin were in the store, I'd just go else where. Not enough to ruin my day over someone like that
