I came here to see if it was just me being upset about the way the delivery was handled or if it's an issue with this location. After reading some of the other reviews looks like it's not just me. You would think that in 2017 we would have better communication with those out making deliveries. Do they not furnish this delivery person with a cell phone? At any rate I did not receive my arrangement on my birthday, sadly. It took 3 phone calls with lack of professionalism on the phone with Ellie. After speaking with Ellie she told me "I could come get my arrangement", and I said "sorry no, delivery was paid for so you can make another attempt the next day"... Ellie went on to direct me to the website that says delivery is not guaranteed. I didn't even bother to go read their policy because in a business that deals with the element of surprise, they should change the way they handle deliveries.
My arrangement did come the next day VERY late in the afternoon 3:30 after I waited all day. The 3 stars I have given are based on the fruit basket/chocolate alone because they are delicious and honestly those are more like 4 stars. But if I was rating just on customer service they would only get one star.
