This location has gone all the way down hill. A few years ago this location was the best chipotle in the greater Cleveland area but I think their hiring process has gotten too lenient. The service is extremely slow and there is ALWAYS something cooked incorrectly( extremely raw meat, hard rice ect.). My latest trip there was extremely disappointing. I had shown up to pickup an online order and was considerably early due to miscommunication with my friend who ordered. The line wasn't that long (maybe 12-13 people), but the girl at the register gave me shit about being 45 minutes early on a one and a half hour pickup time. She said she would put the order on the line and it would be ready in a few minutes. I said that's fine and sorry for being so early. 25 minutes later and after many menacing glances from the snippy cashier I asked on the progress of my food. The first thing she said back to me was "yea, well you were 45 minutes early so...". I had watched nearly two full lines of people go through and they hadn't even started making my food yet. If it was that big of an issue I wish she would have just told me so I could have gotten in line. This was just very poor customer service and I can't believe they let that girl deal with their customers. I won't be back any time soon.
