I've had nothing but problems with Sparkletts from day 1. My recommendation? DON'T GO NEAR THIS COMPANY unless you want to be completely screwed over. After I finally decided to cancel, the representative that came and picked up the cooler/empty bottles only marked off the empty bottles as being picked up, NOT the cooler. Therefore, they un-cancelled my account and are continuing to charge me for the cooler....which I don't have. This has led to numerous lengthy calls and a HUGE waste of my life. I'm **hoping** they realize it's their error, not mine, and remove the charges. Otherwise, I will be taking this to small claims court. Such a disaster of a company. Seriously, stay away and avoid the headache!
