  • Awesome view of Charlotte from the rooftop or even the bars on each level. Their Moscow mules are good. I enjoyed their food. However, the customer service is just okay. The day I actually ate, we could tell the sever wanted to leave.. On a different day, we put our name on the list for a rooftop table and they said they would text me when our table was ready. It wasn't too busy (it was around 3pm) but they knew we were grabbing drinks upstairs while we waited. Well, they did text me! I just received it 15 mins after they actually texted me. I'm assuming the service was bad which is why the text was delayed. Well, my friend and I decided to go elsewhere, and glad we did because Workmans was amazing! Anyways, I wish the hostess would have walked up to us and told us that our table was ready. She knew where we were at. Just seemed like they lacked in attention to detail.
