| - Will never buy from here again! Just a word of advise to everyone. Be careful with your purchase here. We went into store to purchase a TV that we researched online and knew we wanted. The employees at the store asked if they could help and we said yes, explaining what TV we wanted and asking how we could go about this. We assumed it would take no longer than 15-30 minutes since all research was done at home. Wrong... The first response we got was "I don't know, with an eye roll".... Well we finally asked them if we could find someone who did know and they took us to a register. There it took 4 employees none of whom ever made eye contact or cared at all that we were there to finally get anywhere. It took over 3 hours before we finally got a receipt, a delivery date, and where leaving the store. It was the worst experience I have ever had and felt like we took up their night trying to buy something. Keep in mind it only took 3 hours because they didn't know how to purchase a tv for us that wasn't in store currently and they said their computers "wouldn't work". So we get home and we get all our confirmation emails and are very excited. We were told to answer the call the next day anytime from 6am-9pm so they can schedule delivery. So we wait. We sat at home and waited for the phone to ring. Nothing.... At 8:30pm I call the number and tell them we are waiting for a call for delivery time tomorrow and even though it is still before the time can we do anything. I give them my name, phone number, purchase number, everything and they transfer me 3 times. Finally someone says to me "we have no record of this purchase and it will not be delivered. You did not buy a tv"... Well the thousands of dollars on our card say otherwise. Customer service says that they can not help and to contact the store. So we call the store and they tell us "oops sorry it didn't get processed correctly". So now we have cleared days of our weekend waiting for calls and a TV that will not come. We are out the money and nobody knows what to do. They only advise they have is to call back tomorrow and "see" if they can do anything to help. This is a holiday weekend, we had plans for children sleepovers, movie nights, etc.... We could have gone to Costco and purchased one out right to take home. Instead we trusted best buy and now appear to be out thousands of dollars with a receipt and nothing to show for it. I have never seen a bunch of employees who could care less about their customers in my life! Ironically, this happened to my friend and now it has happened to us so obviously it is a very common problem. Be very cautious and I would not ever tell anyone to buy from best buy unless you take home with you that moment!
