  • I love having a butcher in the area. I've been here several times since they opened. Yesterday I got pork belly for a new recipe and they trimmed up a beautiful piece for me. Thanksgiving last year I ordered both our turkeys here and they we the best turkeys I've ever had and I've always pre-ordered mine from various place. I am hoping to get a chance to try a crown roast from them this year for the holidays I didn't want to gamble and not get one last year, so I ordered mine elsewhere. I also excited to try the giant bones for my dogs in the near future, which they showed me yesterday. You do need to be a little flexible and go early if you are looking for something specific, but it can be fun to just go see what's fresh and build dinner from there. When you go here you truly feel like you are in a neighborhood place, friendly, helpful, and fun.
