  • I can see why this Car lot has an average of 1.5 stars. I would rate 0 if it was an option. I came twice two days apart. The first day in came in looking for four specific vehicles. They didn't have them and they told they were sold. The young man that helped us was Spencer, he was 17 and still in high school. Didn't know much about cars and had little knowledge. We were getting really disappointed and went to look elsewhere. Came back two days later and had a young man come out to help us. His name was Irwin. Not too interested in interacting with us. Again we were looking for three different cars which they didn't have and we were told they were sold. Have to wonder about this, since when we there we were the only customers there each time. We asked about the cost of a couple cars and were told that they run $8-9000. So we zeroed in on two and narrowed it down to one and the went to play let's make a deal. Irwin comes out with a worksheet showing numbers of $11,999 and out the door about $14k.. after discussing his tactics and pumped up price we were handed over to his "financial manager " Julian. One of the items he wanted to charge for was $650 for tint. I've had 5 cars tinted in the last 2 years and never paid more than $200. Told him I'm insulted, so he took that off. But still wanted 11,999. No negotiations and very rude. I say stay away from this car lot....do your due diligence on yelp ratings. They a have 1.5 stars rating for a reason!
