I was contacted by the manager, Shiloh, who I've dealt with in the past. We never really had a problem in the past so I was halfway expecting him to contact me which is what I wanted with my 1star recent review. I'm hoping we can work something out and that he follows through with his claim because I'm willing to update to higher stars.
I totally understand that problems can occur but it's the follow up that's important and so far he is following up the right way
