  • I just moved here from California and B of A is just as bad in Arizona as in California. Usually there is only one teller with a line of at least 3-5 customers. I always have to wait. I also have an account at Wellsfargo so I drove across the street and there were 4 tellers no wait and every person working there were helpful, efficient and friendly. Hands down much better then B of A so I closed that account and moved everything to WF. A no brainer!
