  • I despise this place. I'd heard so many good things, but when I dropped in for a quick coffee today (saturday am), the place was wall to wall hipster BS. Both the staff and the clientele were dripping in crap attitude, the staff was downright rude - told me I was standing in line wrong? WTF?? Service felt rushed and hurried, no friendliness and zero courtesy. Felt similar to Little Nicky's - is this just a downtown problem, this crap attitude? Absolutely hated it! I guess I just need to stay closer to home and the laid back, relaxed west side. Americano was very good, but I also ordered a chocolate macaroon cookie, and they didn't give me chocolate, they gave me some completely different kind of non-macaroon cookie. I didn't check the bag until later in the afternoon, and was super disappointed that my cookie wasn't there, some imposter cookie instead. This sucks! Maybe you guys could spend less time berating me about lining up, and more time taking my order correctly. I cannot abide by inattentive, bitchy hipster BS. Grow up, pay attention, get a clue, and be nice.
