  • I used to work here 20 years ago when it was considered one of the best resorts in the world. I understand that 20 years in Arizona is plenty of time run a property down. Not that this property is run down, it simply is far from as nice as it was when I worked there. There were burnt out lights in my room, the thermostat was from the 60's and I saw several pieces of trash around the property. The room I stayed in is in desperate need of remodeling and air freshener. In addition to the various run down areas I noticed, the customer service was below my expectations. I walked by several team members that never even acknowledged me. This was a fireable offense when I worked there. I love this property and enjoyed my time working there, but was disappointed with the condition and service of the property.
