  • What an incredible Lagree fitness studio!!! I had two classes with Arthur and one class with Dayron this week. I feel so blessed to have met them because these guys are the real deal in fitness. They were so motivating and had a lot of tough love when they coached me and the class. So when I was sand-bagging today in the lunge, Dayron yelled out in class today "I don't believe you!!!" so then I was sure to get to 90 degrees in my lunge ;) Arthur and Dayron will push you through each exercise and they pull your potential out of you. These two should be so cocky with how excellent their teaching is but they are so down-to-earth and committed to each student's success in the classroom. If you haven't been to this studio then you are definitely missing out!!
