Been going to for your nails the last several months I like the work but today was a deal-breaker I called and had a 3 appointment I'm there at least 10 minutes early I can see that the guy I want is in the middle of doing somebody's hands so I knew it was not going to be done by 3 he should have come over and talk to me and explained what was going on but he didn't so I'm sitting there and I keep looking and I keep looking nobody feels me in so finally he gets done with her hands about quarter to 4 now I've been waiting 45 minutes she decides she wants him to do her feet and I think he tried to get out of it I think he told her that I was waiting but obviously she didn't care and he didn't either because he came over to me and was telling me they were so busy and she wanted him to do her feet I knew it was a last-minute thing you could just tell so I was already irritated I said and can do my nails I still had to wait 15 or 20 minutes for Ann to get done now its 4 or or little after I do not blame ann when all is said and done at about almost 6 I tell the owner that shot that they should compensate me for the inconvenience they put me through and she would not budge an inch and wanted me to pay the whole bill and I was getting more pissed and people were listening to what I was saying and I said you should compensate me for a head pedicure or my hands she said no she sorry that Ann put a lot of work in on me I said the new should give me a discount I think she took maybe 5 to $8 off the bill probably 5 so I paid with the debit card I was Furious so the lady left for a few minutes that ran the shop and the lady in the chair next to me told me call the bank and cancel the transaction and that's exactly what I did and the lady at the bank wanted to know why and I told her the truth and she totally understood because she gets her nails done too she put the claim in for me it also puts a ding on them with Visa also because I have a Visa debit card and I also told him I was going to put a shout out on Yelp and the lady at the bank told me good they do good work they never opened on time on a weekend I don't know what they do during the week I've gone there many times be there when they first open and people are always waiting for them because they are never on time they obviously don't care much about the customer because they don't communicate to them and I told the owner to that she needs to train her people how to do appointments but you don't have the time they don't understand what you're telling them I won't be going back obviously and it's a shame cuz I like the work
