This restaurant seems small to me- our party of 4 was sort of "cramped" near the windows and even with a less-than-full area, it just felt tightly seated. I ordered the pulled pork sandwich. The presentation was great, looked very appetizing- table even commented on how nicely put together it was.
Unfortunately the looks seemed to outweigh the tastes- the fries were extra soggy (limp) and saturated in the oil they must have been cooked in. The bun was slightly stale, and the pork was flavorless. BBQ sauce was presented on the side and I could have used 2 more servings to drown some flavor into the sandwich. For the price I paid, I would have expected much better. A friend ordered the diablo wings- which did not live up to their name- less spicy than we would have expected. Another coworker ordered some sort of salad and said it was tasty so maybe that's the way to go?
I likely will not return to Corbin's as my experience was a bit under par. The service was decent, she was helpful on questions about the menu and kept our glasses filled with beverages, but overall the food was not all that great. And like I said earlier, the place just felt "small" to me even though there was plenty of room.
