I simply went in looking for a brand of eyeliner. I was immediately greeted by one associate and another came to check on me a few minutes later to see if I had questions. I said "no, just browsing" - my automatic response.
Later that same associate walked by and smiled, so I felt welcome to ask a question. I took this opportunity to ask about brow products as I've tried so many and I'm still not happy with my brows. We talked about different brands and shades & she invited me to a "mini makeover" to test them out. I didn't know about this service or that it was free. Score!
I was able to determine the best product and best color for my brows and she even gave me awesome tips on how to apply. I'm able to get the shape right every time in half the time now. Also turns out I've been going too light with my shade choice. Long story short, my brows are bangin' and I'm convinced I found the perfect product in the perfect shade. Brows are covered!
