Never again will I go to the service center here. let me start with a bit of history as to why I gave this score. Last summer (2015) while almost 8 months pregnant I took my car to Bell Honda Service Center for an AC issue that another mechanic quoted me on. Bell Honda quoted me a much better price and actually said it wasn't the issue that the other mechanic thought. So they "fixed" my problem and off I went. This led to me losing AC 7 times during the next 6 weeks and having to make a total of 8 trips to the service center while really pregnant and in 100+ degree weather. I swore I would never go back after my experience, but a few days ago I received a call from them saying they had a great deal for an oil change and since I needed one anyways I took my car in. Well, shame on me because less than 24 hours later there was a nice sized puddle of oil under my car. So I went back and spoke with the service center supervisor (Mark) who is the only reason that this post is even getting a star. He refunded me for oil change and quickly had my car back in the mechanics bay. Shortly after he lets me know they topped off the oil and advised me a nut was bad and they replaced it. Ultimately, while the advisers and front of the house employees are not bad., the mechanics are terrible and should probably get some more training.
