| - I have taken my girlfriend's car in several times for service, as the dealership is only a few minutes from my job. Most of the time my experience is pleasant enough. This last time, I requested an oil change. When the attendant looked at the tires, HE SUGGESTED a tire rotation because the front driver side tire looked as if it was slipping. He went on to say that by rotating the tires, it would help save the wear and tear on the tire. Therefore, I agreed to the tire rotation. Nissan called to advise that they could complete the tire rotation because the tires needed to be replaced immediately, along with a list of other issues. At that time, I only requested the oil change, as my girlfriend had expressed that she wanted to trade her car in soon. Needless to say, I was in a hurry when I picked the car up and still paid for the tire rotation, even though they did not do the work. I've called several times and still haven't gotten this issue resolved. And I never receive a return phone call when promised. While a tire rotation is only $19.99, at this point it's the principle.
