  • A crazy & impressive thing happened today. I received a phone call on my cell from the manager of this location. She read my review, researched the reservations, found my name & number, and called me to apologize. What?!?! She then proceeded to invite the family back for dinner on her. I'll assume that the meal will be perfect. At this point, the effort and the gesture is worthy of 5-stars. I don't think I've ever received this level of concern and customer service from a business. Kudos to Flemings!
