So, after 4 months our door is finally fixed. My overall experience with this specific issue has been extremely unpleasant. If it wasn't for going out of my way to walk in notice giving me the right to leave the rental without being held liable due to safety issues, I'm not sure they would have fixed it at all while living here.
I must say, other minor issues have been dealt with somewhat OK, that is what the second star is for.
The customer service, for tenants at least, is extremely poor. From the lady who answers the phone, the next one who takes the call and updates your account, to even having issues or concerns ignored, like in my case with the door.
I hope this review motivates these people - from the receptionist to the owner - to better train for customer service and safety issues.
