Best Buy has the worst refund policy. Just returned a Bluesound Music Streamer System which I had purchased a few days ago with cash ($865.18). I was told that I will receive a refund check in the mail within 7-10 days...7-10 days! A check in the mail. what the... I wished they had disclosed that particular policy before I forked out the cash. I asked to speak to the manager and he was only able to regurgitate what the clerk had already said, "company policy, nothing I can do". Best Buy Refund Policy is archaic. Get with the time Best Buy. Worst service after sale I have ever experienced. Best Buy has a lot of schooling to do, they should have their employees buy and return items from Amazon and use these experiences to upgrade their service and policies. Not a good experience with an eight hundred dollar purchase/refund. Therefore, I am going to take a chance with a $3000+ purchase with Best Buy. I will be ordering my Bowers & Wilkins Speakers from Amazon instead. Good things those guys working in the Magnolia section are not on commission. These techs were very helpful and knowledgable with the Wilkins & Bowers products. Unfortunately, Best Buy "company" service is not to par. It's a good place to go and check things out and buy it from Amazon. Amazon gets it!
