  • Outdated, filthy, poorly managed, unsafe, and run be a succession of managers who are useless. This GoodLife will give you a BadLife. I have been to wonderful GLs all over Ontario, and this one is so terrible with no hope of improvement that I recently cancelled my membership. Over several weeks I watched a massive dust bunny in the corner near the stretching mat. I don't understand how the cleaners could have missed it. It's because they weren't looking. Another time, I watched a cleaner wipe the foot pedals of a machine and then use the same cloth on the handles of the machine. Then one day, I went to use the upstairs washroom to discover a urine stained toilet and the toilet paper dispenser broken and laying on the floor. I contacted head office to complain about the lack of cleanliness. They directed me to email the manager which I did and got no response. I went back to head office and it was only after they contacted the manager that she finally responded to me. A hopeless location. Which is too bad because I was a satisfied GL member for a long time.
