  • The quality of the work was really good, as was attention to details in the work. I was told they would be out at 7:30 am, but due to a variety of issues or excuses did not show up until 2:30 pm. Every time I called to find out what was going on, I was told he would be there in about 30 minutes. He had to quit early due to a power outage, but had he showed up on time the work would have probably been done by then. I was then told he would be back at 8am the next day. He did not show up until 10:30 am and did not finish until 9:30am. When I was able to see the work, noticed he missed a spot under a door and he had to come back. He got to it well after the carpet repair folks came out, who he knew were scheduled for that day, and that carpet did not get put back down. He had to come out again to put the carpet down for me. Had I not been in a bind with having to pay a cancellation fee for the carpet guys, I would have found someone else. The hassle was incredible and not worth it, regardless how the tile came out.
