Just finished my valentines meal there, and I'm not gonna lie I'm disappointed. I love food and am very open to trying new things and the concept is really unique with the whole being in the dark and being plant based. A star for the cool experience, a star for the staff and our waiter Willie and a star for half of the 6 courses. I just thought the food was mediocre. I understand making it a sensory experience with aromas, cool textures and odd plates but overall flavor felt like they were trying to hard. Its a cool experience, but I probably won't be back, not for the price. Nearly $200 (not including gratuity) and the best thing was the drinks and first three courses I feel cheated.
