I just went into Rocky's for the first time and wow! I ordered a thick cut steak, bone in. It came to $21.90 but this thing was massive! The marbling was quite noticeable.
I salted and BBQed it right away when I got home. Approximately 8 mins on each side on the lowest setting. Then I seared each side for about two and a half minutes on high. This steak came out perfect, with a warm pink center. It was the tastiest steak I have had in a long time, and certainly one of the best I've made at home. And there was no marinating or extensive prep required.
I will definitely be going back to check out Rocky's variety of sausage, pepperoni sticks, and smoked meats. I also saw packages of ground veal for $11.99. I don't know where else I'd go for that. But I bet I can make some tasty veal cutlets and gravy with it.
