Haven't flown with Southwest in almost two years and I don't recall the service being so poor. Looks to have gone down hill pretty fast I wanted to upgrade our boarding for the $40/ticket fee but was pretty much ignored and made to feel that it was an inconvenience to the two employees who were having a personal conversation. Even though one ticket was free with the points I had, I would prefer to spend more on a company that is more service oriented. Decided not to spend way more money with this company. Will continue using Delta and Alaska airlines.
