Was going here for 2 years and groomers are good but they are disorganized and it impacts their customers. I have rescue dogs and even going to the groomer is traumatic for them but getting there and not even getting groomed because they can't keep their books straight is horrible. The first time I had an issue they made an appointment for 1 hour before they closed and then couldn't groom the dogs. The second time they had the appointment but didn't assign it to a groomer who was working so they couldn't do it. Owner is unavailable to correct issues and Jay at the front desk is rude and just blames other people. Never apologized or took any responsibility even though he was the person who made the appointment over a week ago. I would strongly advise that you go somewhere else where they know how to run a business.
