Apparently the British invented the calzone. Humanity should thank them because I would be surprised if you were to find a chicken pot pie or Vindaloo calzone in Italy. Maybe you would be hard pressed to find these items in England, but the Cornish Pasty Company makes them available in the Valley of the Sun.
Variety is always good and I was happy to get something completely different than what is offered elsewhere for lunch in the Tempe area. Just keep in mind that the restaurant is pretty small, so if you are going for a work-day lunch you should arrive before noon or well after the lunch rush to have a good chance grabbing a table without a wait.
