  • This place is a hidden gem for sure. My only complaint was the "new" employee, Fran. She was nice but knew literally nothing about any of the birds yet she claims she owns birds herself. She wouldn't stick her hands in the cages, she was scared. I had to catch my own bird! If she hadn't of let me catch it myself I would have been a lost sale. She didn't even know how to work the register, I had to help her ring me up! Amy on the other hand is absolutely fantastic. Extremely nice and very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend her for your bird needs. $15 to groom a bird and she's great with them. I absolutely love my bird, he's a perfect fit for me.
