Everyone at the dealership was extremely friendly and Ed really made the car buying experience smooth. I appreciate the follow-up calls as well as thank you card that Ed sent me. It's obvious that customer service is a top priority for them! I'm extremely happy with my purchase of a 2013 GMC terrain :)
