  • Customers beware!! This is NOT the Gelatology Desyree has built. They have changed ownership very recently and I guess yelpers have not caught on yet. We noticed the change of layout immediately and had to step out to make sure we went to the right place. We decided to give it a try anyway and it was so bad. The texture is watery, the ones (white chocolate matcha, orange sorbet, Toblerone, hazelnut) we tried are overly sweet and the orange flavor is pretty artificial. If I knew they were changing ownership I would have come more often. I am sad that my favorite gelato place in Vegas is now gone.
