  • This was the second time I've chosen to get a vehicle from what used to be Lance Ford and is now Westlake's AutoNation. The people who work here are what makes the difference between making the experience of leasing or buying a vehicle a chore vs a pleasure. Diana Tait knows every detail on every vehicle Ford has in their lineup. She is patient and will bend over backwards to help you make a decision regarding needs, options, choice of vehicles, prices, financing and she is the consummate salesperson. HELP ,not pressure. A definite 5 star dealership with 6 star employees!
