  • Met with Jose for an estimate and thought his bid was fair and competitive. I approved the work so he arranged the delivery of the landscape rocks right away and Jose met with me at the nursery. We talked about my preferences in shrubbery and he gave me his recommendations for what would do well in the open areas of the yard (sunny vs. shaded spots, etc). We agreed that the job would start the next day at 7am. Jose showed up early, with all the plants I selected at the nursery the day before (no switches or surprises, which I really appreciated). We did another walk through of the work to be done, while the crew was setting up. The rock was delivered on time too. I was hesitant because it was A LOT of rocks dumped in front of the driveway but I had to leave for work so I couldn't stick around. I got home later and what a transformation! The front yard looks so nice! Jose stopped by later that same day to see if I was happy with the work and he pointed out an irrigation problem the crew found. I appreciate that he took the time to actually show me the leak on the yard instead of just fixing it and just charging me more. I paid him for the price originally quoted once we finished the final walk through and he made sure all the work was done to my liking. I can definitely tell the difference and how much nicer the yard looks. I thought the price was fair, the job was completed as scheduled and I also appreciated Jose's customer service. Definitely plan on using the company again and highly recommend them!
