Rather than offering a solution or alternative packaging options, the fedex lady rep immediately rejected our boxed up items that were in it's original package that apparently did not pass the standards because of very old water stains. Didn't get her name, but she has dark long hair with glasses. Why didn't she just offer to sell us new boxes? So we could place our own boxed up items inside new boxes? She just wanted to avoid doing the extra work that would be involved. She obviously doesn't know what it means to offer customer service. We ended up taking our boxes to another FedEx shipping center. They were top notch! We explained our dilemma and the gentleman offered a solution, boxed up our items into a new box, packed it up securely and boom! - all good!
