  • Make sure you ask about their return policy before making a purchase. I made a return and they could not credit my debit card so I have to wait 4 to 6 weeks for my $450 check. I now have to wait weeks before I can buy a new vacuum for my mom's birthday. It would have been nice if the salesperson had informed me of their return policy.
