  • SCAM. SLEEZY. DISHONEST. I'm modifying my review because this location is constantly changing management and is not communicative with their members. They decide to charge an annual fee and my existing contract does not state that I have an annual fee of $39. I bring this to their attention and they say they can't do anything about it and have changed the rules. I was told that my membership will stay the same as it was when I signed it. What they could have done was let their members know ahead of time with even a simple email instead of charging without a notice! They also charged me a full amount of my membership when I had frozen my account for a week which before was not the case before. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR MEMBERS and it shows by the little amount of regulars you see at the gym. If this happened to anyone I suggest you speak with your bank to fight it!!! I was trying to justify my monthly spending $99 for this gym because I love the coaches, but now with the current staff at the front, I'm looking to take my money else where because there's many other places that offer the same classes for MUCH less. I've been patient and understanding with all the changes, but it gets to a point where I must speak up so everyone else can benefit from knowing what it's like on the inside.
