  • Completely incompetent staff, management and ownership of this Title Boxing in Scottsdale. I put my account on hold in May due to an injury. When I provided my doctor's note, they stated they would process my cancellation and waive the $250 cancellation fee. They still charged me $89 for another month's worth of membership. Then now in August, they charged me another $89 even though my account was supposed to be cancelled in May. The new and current owner, Lena said it wasn't her problem and that was "prior management" and they "have nothing to do with that" and asked me to pay $250 to cancel the same contract that was supposed to be canceled in May. She refused to refund the $89 that was processed in May and the $89 fee charged last week. So, I've paid $178 so far for a gym membership that should have been canceled. A complete joke of a boxing gym, utter incompetence of the staff handling this and clueless owners and managers refusing to honor the contract termination terms.
