  • (Forgive any name misspellings please!) Sky was great with helping me get scheduled and checked in, despite the fact I wasn't the most coherent due to background noise and being very tired. Lovely, patient and helpful. Same thing with checkout when I did my usual struggling to figure out the right tip to leave, not being American myself. Usually Feri does my brows and is awesome, warm, and just great- I say more in past reviews- today she wasn't available at the requested time, sadly. Today Zara did my brows- she was also warm and just a truly amazing, caring woman, it came across even in the short time we had together. I think she's a really special person. I can't say if either is "better" - only that both are amazing and whoever you get, it's a perfect place for your brows- both do amazing job, never too much, very caring and careful and even though I only had minor redness and irritation both women have taken the time to go back and put on some ointment or lotion that has really soothed me. Beautiful women, truly. Danielle was great, I imagine she's a manager or customer comfort type person? (Sorry I don't know your title!) but she was just super friendly and patient and kind and attentive. Very nice lady, and as with the others, warm, which is super important to me. Just helped create a great vibe. Finally, as always, (see my last review for more focussed stuff on her specifically,) Joselyn was fabulous and did an awesome job, was good to chat with and really really great and sensitive about accommodating me; I have some medical stuff that makes a few things tricky, like holding my head up for a minute during a rinse- she knows that and is fine holding the full weight of my head carefully, while still rinsing well. (That may sound small but to anyone with any medical stuff I think they can appreciate how much it means.) As I said, see past reviews for more on her, but really excellent and I trust her to choose the right shades etc- and adding to her awesomeness is the fact she remembers talks we had a year ago, and another ~6 months before that- crazy. Great person. Thanks to everyone there, you were all just great- at your jobs and at being warm, which is just so nice to see that much of in any single place.
