  • These employees don't know the menu!!!! My boyfriend got the signature crafted garlic grilled chicken with white cheddar on a artisan bun. The person who took our order rang us up for a grilled chicken sandwich add white cheddar. We kept going back and forth and he didn't understand. I also always get the mocha iced latte and they have no idea what I'm talking about but it's on the freaking menu. It's literally pulling teeth at this McDonald's! Lol just thinking about this makes me wanna pull my hair out. They need to train their employees on the menu.
