  • This place is a joke. They send a guy out without proper equipment to do a half ass job. They were contracted by our property management, to fix a on going clogged toilet and after putting a garden hose down the drain they called it a fix. After a few uses the toilet was back to acting up. I called LV Service Solutions to come back out and they refused to fix it with out me coming out of pocket. We had to speak with our property management company again to get the issue resolved and LVSS has made it impossible for us to get the problem fixed because they now insist that we caused the issues. They convinced the property management that the on going problem is our fault and they will no longer help. Thanks for that. So please be careful using this company. They just want your money.
