On some of the unbearably hot days we have I sometimes wish the temperature would magically drop so I can enjoy a bowl of pho from this place. Its just not the same eating something that hot in the summer. Although the bun is really good and refreshing, I just really enjoy pho. Specifically I just go for the sliced flank steak pho, and for the bun I go with the char-grilled pork. You can tell everything is fresh.
