  • If it's not one thing with these people it's another. We have a yellow parking area in front of our mail room. If you look up Nevada state laws a yellow curb is for load and unloading. So I parked their like I normally would to check the mail and noticed a maintenance guy honking his horn on his golf cart, I got out of my car and started to walk to the mail room when his yelled in a very rude voice "YOU CANT park here, this is a no parking zone! YOU need to move right now!!"
