How are these people in business?? I got an extended warranty for an LG dishwasher (avoid LG dishwashers, that should be for a different review). These guys were called out to fix the dishwasher 3 years ago, 4 trips (or 1 month) later they finally managed to shotgun the problem!! (Woohoo! the blind squirrel finally found a nut). Speed up to today! I was assigned CAS for the same problem. I let them know they had been out here before for the same problem and what they finally did to fix the problem. They said that they would be out the FOLLOWING WEEK! Guess they needed to look it up on YouTube and figure out how to fix it, or they just wanted to continue to make my wife do the dishes by hand (3 kids under 7, lots of dishes). Well they called this AM to say "No we are going to ask the service company to assign it to another service provider :-( .... we are going to have to take the dishwasher out to repair it, and its heavy, and the guy that works on LG (I'm sure is really busy) well his back is hurt!! REALLY! I don't know about you all but, I really want to work for CAS, I hear that they have AWESOME health benefits. :-)
Man up boys! you're in the "service" business! Ya might have to pull out an appliance now and then.
