After twenty years repairing and supporting computer systems, I have a chronic painful nerve in my right wrist and forearm. Doctors and surgeons say it is the start of carpal tunnel syndrome. Physical therapy and being careful has prevented the need for surgery. After a couple of visits to float in an Epson salt saturated bath, nerve inflammation has subsided. While not a cure, this is the first time in years I have not had a painful right arm. I'm now a true believer in True Rest.
