Went to this place on opening night with hubby and a couple friends. The staff were all friendly, and the service was good. We had to wait for a table, so we hung out at the bar while we waited. They have a nice variety of beers on tap and in bottles. The food was excellent. Living in Sunrise Manor, there aren't many nearby good vegetarian-friendly restaurants, so we were happy to see that there are a lot of vegetarian items on the menu.
The restaurant itself looks nice on the inside. Casual atmosphere, with old pictures on the wall that reflect the history behind the place. There was a good variety of music being played, and none of it sucked. There are lots of two-seater tables and plenty of room at the bar, but there aren't many tables for larger groups. The seating at the larger tables is made out of old church pews, which was an interesting touch.
Overall, we had a great time and really enjoyed the food and drinks. We will definitely become regulars here.
