  • Central Phoenix Office. This is the worst front office I have ever experienced in all of my medical visits. There is no follow up at all. Not pro-active to make sure medical records are there, insurance pre-authorization is done BEFORE your appointment. Even though I was satisfied with the doctor, the re-active and no follow up attitude frustrated me so much after three appointments I cancelled the future nerve ablation procedure. Too many other pain clinics to choose from.
